Billing questions
Do I need Claude or ChatGPT to use it?
No. Everything works from the dashboard. But Perfstaq is built to be driven by an assistant: connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor once and they can add deals, draw plans and prepare contracts across every app.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your plan stays active for a 7-day grace period while you update billing. After that the workspace moves to Free; nobody is removed and nothing is deleted, but new invites pause until seats fit the plan.
Can I bring my team?
Yes. Invite people as owners, admins, members or viewers. Owners and admins manage members, apps and billing; the last owner can never be removed by accident.
