What is Perfstaq?

The kit a new company needs on day zero: four apps (Sign for contracts, Sales for your pipeline, Board for thinking things through, Calendar for your day) plus Perfstaq for Mac, a dictation and meeting-notes app in private beta (request access from your workspace; there's no public download yet). Meeting Bot and Marketing are coming soon: they aren't built yet, and you can join their early access lists from your workspace. One signup gives your workspace its own address, and every app shares the same members, roles, billing and audit log.

Do I need Claude or ChatGPT to use it?

No. Everything works from the dashboard. But Perfstaq is built to be driven by an assistant: connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor once and they can add deals, draw plans and prepare contracts across every app.

Can an assistant do something I didn't approve?

Risky actions, like sending an agreement for signature or inviting someone, never run straight from an assistant. They wait in your Approvals inbox until a person with the right role clicks Approve. Every call, from the web or from an assistant, lands in the audit log.

Are the e-signatures legally valid?

Sign produces a simple electronic signature with consent, timestamps, IP addresses and a SHA-256 hash of every version, plus an audit certificate page. That covers most commercial contracts under India's IT Act 2000, US ESIGN/UETA and eIDAS SES. Aadhaar eSign and qualified signatures aren't supported yet.

Which languages do the templates come in?

English, हिन्दी, Español, Français, Deutsch and Português, from the first day. Templates are a starting point and carry a reminder to review them with counsel.

What happens if a payment fails?

Your plan stays active for a 7-day grace period while you update billing. After that the workspace moves to Free; nobody is removed and nothing is deleted, but new invites pause until seats fit the plan.

Can I bring my team?

Yes. Invite people as owners, admins, members or viewers. Owners and admins manage members, apps and billing; the last owner can never be removed by accident.
